At LatinA Flavor Café & Catering, located in the heart of Thornton, Colorado, we celebrate the rich culinary traditions of El Salvador and the Caribbean.
Founded in June 2025 by Karen, Odila, and Melba, our family-owned café brings you authentic pupusas, delicious tres leches, and refreshing aguas frescas in a warm, inviting atmosphere inside Anythink Wright Farms Library at 5877 E 120th Ave.
We’re dedicated to quality and community, sharing flavors made from recipes passed down through generations.
